Athletics in Public Schools

The School District is responsible for upholding policies and procedures that are established by the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association.  This policy applies to all student athletes during the season in which they are participating.

This policy does not limit the coaches from developing rules and regulations for their team players which are reasonable and are directly related to the student's participation in the sport. Such rules are to be approved by the Athletic Director and may, at the discretion of the Superintendent, be subject to review and approval by the Superintendent.
