All requests for school building/grounds usage should be directed to the Building Use Coordinator, who first determines availability of the facility/grounds for the date(s)/times requested.

All requests for school building/grounds usage should be made on forms that are available only online on the Application Page. Please download, complete the form on Adobe Acrobat, save the form, and email it to the Email Building Use Coordinator. The application must also have a "Certificate-based Signature". Click for instructions for creating a Certificate-Based Signature.

If the requested space is available, the Building Use Coordinator will then forward it to the building Principal of the school where space is being requested.
