Steps to Sign Up for Bus Transportation
for the 2024-2025 school year
 

Transportation registration for FPS students is online through
Aspen (ma-franklin.myfollett.com/aspen/logon.do)

Transportation registration for Charter students (Franklin residents only) is online through   This Google Form

Register for Transportation before June 24, 2024

2. If you are registering more than one child, you will need to complete a registration form for each child.

Make any payment due before June 24, 2024

1. FY25 annual cost per student is $360 for a family cap of $1,080.  This rate is likely to increase in order to keep up with increased transportation costs.  Please note, should the rate increase, you will be responsible for paying the remainder of the balance.

2. Payment must be made online through Unibank at this link.  No cash, checks or money orders will be accepted.

3. Partial payment is due by June 24, 2024 (minimum $180) with payment in full due by July 22, 2024

August 19-23, 2024 - Bus Passes will be available for pickup at your students school

1. Make sure you have paid in full by July 22, 2024

2. Bus Passes will be distributed to students on their first day of school in the event that they were not picked up the previous week.

3. Drivers will begin checking passes on September 16, 2024.

Additional Information:

Students in grades K-12 who need to ride the bus to/from any of the Franklin Public Schools or the Benjamin Franklin Classical Charter School MUST be registered, even if they receive free transportation due to distance or a Free/Reduced meal eligibility waiver.

Students who ride a van to a specialized program do NOT need to register.  Regional (not Franklin) students attending the BFCCPS should contact BFCCPS to register for transportation.
