If you cannot access your account, please first try using the TROUBLE LOGGING IN LINK (if you have not disabled the account) on the Aspen log in page. If that does not resolve your issue, then use this form to request that your password be reset. Reset information will be mailed to you once this request is processed. Please note, when student schedules or report cards are posted in Aspen, your request may take 48 hrs or longer to be completed due to the extremely high volume of requests. Aspen resets are not automatic, they have to be done by an employee, and employees are very busy at the start of the school year, and during report card post cycles
