• WE DO NOT KEEP COPIES OF DIPLOMAS!!! Your graduation date is printed on your official transcript

• Current Students can obtain a copy of their transcript in the Guidance Office from the Secretary or their Counselor.

• Anyone needing a school transcript in order to obtain you RMV learner's permit please click HERE for information

How to Request a Copy of your Official FHS Transcript:

• Click to print out the >>  FHS Alumni Transcript Request Form  whether you graduated or withdrew from FHS; complete and sign the form

• Please list where you would like your transcript sent or emailed(home address, name of school or employer and their address, email address, or any combination of these)

• Transcripts can be picked up, mailed and/or emailed.; you can indicate your preference on the bottom part of the form

• Take a scan or photo of the completed form and email it to patteni@franklinps.net or FAX to (508) 613-1510 Attention : Ivy Patten

• Please allow at least one week for your request to be processed  During busy times, like graduation week or start of school year at the end of August, there may be a delay in getting your request processed.

• Currently there is no charge for this service

• All Official Transcript hard copies will be placed in a sealed envelope.
